• Please register your warranty online as well as sending the merchant copy to 18 Boon Lay Way Tradehub 21 #10-147 Singapore 609966.
• Please contact Spectra Service Center at 6635 7222 or visit them at 18 Boon Lay Way Tradehub 21 #03-96 Singapore 609966 for any defect issue.
• Please bring along your warranty card, purchase invoice and baby birth certificate should they require servicing. Warranty card and Purchase Invoice is a must! If you have misplaced your invoice, we will gladly reissue an invoice for you as we have the records.

• Please register your warranty online.
• Please contact Bestbaby for any defect issue, and we will assist first before connecting you to the service centre. 
• Please bring along your warranty card, purchase invoice and baby birth certificate should they require servicing. Warranty card and Purchase Invoice is a must! If you have misplaced your invoice, we will gladly reissue an invoice for you as we have the records.
